With 20 years financial experience holding positions as CFO and COO, as well as Investor Relations - Denise has worked closely with senior leaders and corporate board members developing corporate strategy and implementing financial communications. Denise has strong experience in crisis communications, corporate restructuring and mergers & acquisitions.- Most recently, Denise has been Director of Investor Relations and Global Marketing Operations at BearingPoint, a leading management and technology consulting company serving many of the world's largest public services organizations. Denise led the development and implementation of investor relations strategies and financial communications in face of significant challenges. Denise served as the primary point of contact to the investment community creating crisis communications during the most turbulent period in the company’s history including management changes, NYSE delisting notification and a Chapter 11 filing.Prior to her time at BearingPoint, Denise was the CFO for Core Development Group and the CFO/COO for Team Products International, Inc.
Denise earned her bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of NIRI (National Investor Relations Institute). |
