Jacob has 8 years of Wall Street experience, including on the buy-side, sell-side and at an independent research firm. He was most recently Director of Industrial and Energy Research/Senior Analyst at Guidepoint Global, a firm that provides research services to the investment community. Before that, Jacob was an analyst at sell-side research and investment banking firm Thomas Weisel Partners, where he followed the automotive/automotive technologies industry. Prior to his time at Thomas Weisel, he was a buy-side analyst at Mizuho Financial Group (fka Fuji Bank), where he helped manage $35bn worth of North American investments.
Jacob holds a B.S. degree in Political Economics from U.C. Berkeley, and is a CFA Level II candidate. |
